Reopening Alcatraz. Is it worth it?

On May 4, 2025 President Trump announced on Truth Social that he wants to reopen the infamous American prison Alcatraz. Known as “The Rock”, the prison sits on an island in the turbulent San Francisco Bay. Naturally, progressives have problems with reopening Alcatraz.
